Bhopal still weeps

Night is dark
It assumed the color of death
Justice is blind
So we removed our eyes
In 1984
Death visited us
In the form of MIC
We were innocent
We prayed almost everyday
We feared god
Yet the gas took our lives
Years have passed
We lived our death
Swallowed our tears
There was a hope
We believed in justice
Till the day we realized that it is blind
It has [...]

FIFA Worldcup 2010- We are blessed

(Dedicated to all the players of FIFA Worldcup 2010. May god bless you all)
We are blessed
to be alive
to watch FIFA 2010
I have a dream
(It’s about football
It’s about freedom
It’s about equality)
About the downtrodden.
One day there will be a world cup winner from Africa
One day they will jump into light
They will dance-
The dance of victory
The dance of [...]

Forgive me, my friend

Now also I can’t believe this. How it happened? But I know it is stupidity to ask for reasons in life. Sometimes life is reasonless! The unexpected way of life sometimes unbearable. When I thought about life, I imagined one scene. It is not real (I now pray should never be real!).
One of my friends [...]

Discovery of me or Self discovery

I always liked Abraham Lincoln. He showed the world that anything is possible if you are ready to do hard work. I can’t imagine a better example for human kind other than  Abraham Lincoln. He is simply superb. The first book I read in my life is the Malayalam translation of Les Misérables (The famous [...]

A shoe named revolution

Night enters through the spread legs of the day!
Your color is white
I am black
We together dissolve in red,
Red is the color of revolution
(Should I say R for revolution)
Horses are coming
Not one or two
But millions of them
The are painted with blood
Blood of innocent men and women
All asked for their rights
But their lives had been eaten by [...]

Jessy, I love you

This is not the end,
This can’t be the end
You are covered with the hibiscus smile
I know, by now you have so many questions
But I have only one answer,
I love you and I always loved you
This wind seems like a stranger,
Glaring at me!
Your whispering lips and dry hair
Those are my friends, forever
I know you have moved [...]

My country burns

Despite all the diversities
My country is still naked
There are dreams,
But not many ways to fulfill them
There are visionaries,
But they are shot before the rain.
There are political leaders
But they cover their face with a piece of cloth
There are many languages
But the people are dumb
Countless religions,
But God has left the place much before
Like an unmarried woman in [...]

A hug by the wind

Enormous dreams
Fist full of happiness
Like a democratic rainbow,
The road is crowed
Some sad song comes from the radio
No hope,
Only conversations last
The table of last supper is full of blood
The liquor filament of the day still shines
Which day is this,
Day above all days!!
Or the day beneath the soldier’s boot
Wind, full of dead bodies, comes from Iraq
It is [...]
