മലയാള സിനിമയില്‍ ഇത് വേര്‍പാടുകളുടെ കാലമാണ്. അഭിനയ തികവാര്‍ന്ന ഒരുപാട് മുഖങ്ങള്‍ മലയാള സിനിമയില്‍ നിന്ന് നഷ്ടമാകുന്നു. അവയില്‍ അവസാനതെതാണ് കൊച്ചിന്‍ ഹനീഫ. സാന്നിധ്യം കൊണ്ട് ചിരിവിടര്തിയിരുന്ന നടനാണ്‌ അദ്ദേഹം. മമ്മൂട്ടി അനുസ്മരിച്ചതുപോലെ അദ്ദേഹം ഒരു നല്ല മനുഷ്യന്‍ കുടിയായിരുന്നു.

I have seen 3 idiots. It is a decent movie. But have got something against it. It reminds me Tare Zameen par and Munnabhai MBBS. I am against superstars. I love cinema not it’s superstars. I believe superstars do more to themselves than to cinema. In that sense they are ruining cinema. When superstars become part of off beat pictures I admire them.
