My country burns
Despite all the diversities
My country is still naked
There are dreams,
But not many ways to fulfill them
There are visionaries,
But they are shot before the rain.
There are political leaders
But they cover their face with a piece of cloth
There are many languages
But the people are dumb
Countless religions,
But God has left the place much before
Like an unmarried woman in the rain
My country is naked
There are reasons to love each other
But the people are searching for reasons to hate
My country is not normal
It requires shock treatment
Centuries ago my country had a name
It was above all names
But now my country is nameless
It is blind and the retina is bleeding
My country vomits sulphur
Now it burns
Like a sparrow in a river of blood
One day
the voiceless youth in my country will stand up and fight
They will decide their own fate
And would bring back God to this holy land
Then there will be only one religion
And there will be hope
And all will be blessed
